We're preparing 17 residences across three floors of an 1893 townhouse. Henryka Siemiradzkiego 6 is a building in the late Historicist style, located in the downtown district near Karmelicka Street.
Connoisseurs will appreciate the rich architectural arrangements and the abundance of detail. These are, among other things, engaged Ionic columns that flank the portal; the latter crowned with intricate mouldings. Another treat is the painterly finish on the vault, which rests on stylised pilasters.
